Nyt tarvitsin käännöspalvelua, ja kaikki hoitui todella nopeasti ja asiakaspalvelu oli jälleen erittäin ystävällistä. Kaikki sujui paremmin kuin osasin odottaa. Suosittelen lämpimästi! :)

Positiivinen kokemus: Personnel is friendly and helpful, however the audio rooms are terrible for passing YKI. You cannot hear audio or yourself when everyone else is speaking during the speaking part. Do not recommend.

Fantastinen kokemus: I registered for the YKI exam and I reached out to the team to ask if I could switch to day, as it suited my schedule better. They were incredibly helpful and responded quickly to my request. I’m really grateful for their outstanding service and efficient communication!

Negatiivinen kokemus: This review is specifically about the YKI test organization. The school is clean, easy to access, and everybody was friendly. They also have a lot of seats for the test so I was able to book one despite deciding to take the test pretty late. However, probably because of the large number of participants, we had to do the Listening part in a big room and with the speakers instead of personal headphones. The speakers were bad and I don't know about others but I could hardly hear anything. Just someone coughed or moved their desk was enough to distract the whole room. On top of that, we had to be divided into smaller groups to take turn to do the Speaking test. There were not enough supervisors, so it's very easy for the previous groups to leak the test's questions for the next groups. I don't think that the tests were held probably to ensure fair examanation in this center.

Negatiivinen kokemus: I took the TOEFL exam at this test center on November 2, 2024. The seating arrangement was poorly managed, with multiple examinees sharing the same table. The person next to me was taking notes during the listening section, shaking the table so much that my monitor vibrated as if there was an earthquake. This distraction completely shattered my concentration, and as a result, I scored poorly in the listening section. I reported my experience to ETS and to this test center, KNM, requesting an investigation and a refund. Unfortunately, both parties are now avoiding responsibility for their inadequate seating arrangement, leaving me at a loss. If you’re planning to take the TOEFL exam, consider taking it from home for a more comfortable and controlled environment. Avoid using this KNM test center.

Fantastinen kokemus: Ich habe einen 4-tägigen Finnisch-Sprachkurs als Einzelunterricht besucht. Schon der erste Kontakt war sehr nett und die Vorbereitungszeit wurde mit vielen Infos begleitet. Die Räumlichkeiten sind wirklich angenehm und modern eingerichtet. Der Kurs war sehr gut strukturiert und auf die 4 Tage angepasst. Die Lehrerin ging auf alle Fragen ein und hat alle Themen (auch komplexe Grammatik) verständlich erklärt. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und auch zusätzliche Tipps für meinen Aufenthalt in Finnland erhalten. Alles in allem kann ich die Sprachschule nur weiterempfehlen!

Negatiivinen kokemus: Tilasin virallisen käännöksen asiakirjoihin joista luvattiin nopea toimitusaika, pakettiin kuuluvan fyysisen tulosteen lisäksi pyysin skannauksen, josta maksoin lisää. Asiakirjat saapuivat kyllä postissa, hyvin käännettynä paria hassua ammatillista sanaa lukuunottamatta, mutta sain skannaukset haltuuni vasta viikon päästä luvatusta päivämäärästä. Jo suolaisen hintatason takia suosittelen kääntämään muualla.

Fantastinen kokemus: Olin opiskellut espanjaa useamman vuoden ja periaatteessa minulla oli kielen peruskielioppi hallussa ja sanavarastoakin oli kertynyt kohtuullisesti. Runsas vuosi sitten minulle tarjoutui tilaisuus panostaa espanjanopiskeluun aikaisempaa enemmän aikaa ja vaivaa. Mietittyäni eri opiskeluvaihtoehtoja päätin hyödyntää tämän mahdollisuuden opiskelemalla kieltä yksityisesti, jolloin opiskelu räätälöitäisiin juuri minun tarpeideni mukaan. Useista vaihtoehdoista valitsin opiskelupaikaksi kielikoulu Nuevo Mundon. Sain lisäksi itse valita opettajan useasta äidinkielenään espanjaa puhuvasta vaihtoehdosta. Tavoitteenani oli satsata erityisesti keskusteluvalmiuteen ja sanaston laajentamiseen sekä tietenkin kerrata ja syventää kielioppia. Sovimme opettajan kanssa ensimmäisella tapaamiskerralla, että opiskelisin 1,5 tuntia kerrallaan keskimäärin 1-2 kertaa viikossa syksyn ja kevään aikana. Opiskeluajat sovimme joustavasti kummankin aikatauluun sopiviksi. Jotta keskusteluharjoittelu olisi mielekästä ja joka kerraksi olisi jokin etukäteen sovittu teema, opettajani valitsi keskustelujen pohjaksi oppikirjoja, jossa oli tekstejä ja taustamateriaalia eri aihepiireistä. Siinä sivussa tuli myös kielioppi kerrattua erillisten kielioppiharjoituskirjojen avulla. Lisäharjoitusta tuli kappaleiden yhteydessä olevista ja erillisistä kotitehtävistä sekä opettajan suosittelemista espanjankielisistä elokuvista. Puhuimme opettajani kanssa alusta lähtien vain espanjaa, mikä tuntui ihan luonnolliselta, koska se oli hänen äidinkielensä. Oppitunnit olivat tehokkaita ja kotitehtävät tukivat opiskelua erittäin hyvin. Pystyin itse vaikuttamaan edistymiseeni omatoimiseen opiskeluun käyttämäni ajan kautta, ja omastakin mielestäni sekä kielitaitoni että puhevalmiuteni parantuivat lukuvuoden aikana huomattavasti. Opettajavalintani osoittautui onnistuneeksi, sekä mukavaksi että päteväksi, mikä tietenkin edesauttoi opiskelumotivaation säilymistä. Opiskelin koko ajan saman opettajan kanssa, mutta tapasin yhteisissä tiloissa myös muita koulun opettajia ja henkilökuntaa. Kaikki olivat todella mukavia ja avuliaita, ja pääsin harjoittelemaan puhumista myös heidän kanssaan. Kävin tunneilla Nuevo Mundon omissa upeissa tiloissa Arabianrannassa, jonne on erittäin hyvät liikenneyhteydet myös julkisilla liikennevälineillä. Tilat ja opiskeluympäristö ovat modernit ja nykyaikaiset ja opiskelutiloja on käytettävissä erilaisiin tarpeisiin kielistudiosta yksilö- tai ryhmätiloihin. Voin lämpimästi suositella kieltenopiskelua Nuevo Mundossa.

Negatiivinen kokemus: Tilasin muutaman käännetyn asiakirjan mitkä olivat hyvin tehdyt, samoin ei voi sano täsmällisyydestä. Paperien piti olla valmiita torstaina, mutta olivatkin vasta perjantaina valmiita. Sovin haun lauantai iltana jolloin kukaan ei tullut paikalle, koska olivat unohtanut kokonaan sovitun tapaamisen. paperit tuotiin ilta yhdeksän jälkeen sovittuun osoitteeseen. Ja plussaksi vielä ystävällisesti tarjoutuivat hakemaan apostolisessa leimat papereihini, mutta eivät olleet tarkastaneet hintaa ja pyysivät enemmän Mitä leimaus oikeasti maksoivat! Olin hyvin vihainen asiakas ja pettynyt saamani palveluun! En Käytä enää jatkossa kielikoulu nuevo mundon käännös palvelua! Vaikka tarvetta olisin, ihan vain siksi että itselleni tuli petetty ja välinpitämätön fiilis palvelusta!
